Director of Sales

Jones is looking for a sharp, self-motivated and experienced salesperson who can source and close enterprise SaaS contracts with institutional owners, managers and builders of commercial and residential real estate portfolios. The Director of Sales must also have the gravitas to generate new leads themselves with prospective customers in the real estate market, and must be confident leading face-to-face meetings to navigate complex enterprise sales with large institutions. This role will be responsible for working closely with the CEO, the CTO and the rest of the sales and product team to achieve high growth.

The individual best suited for this role should have a proven track record of selling to our target customers effectively in a startup environment. If you are a people person with gritty sales skills and a strong entrepreneurial work ethic, who enjoys the challenge of making an enterprise sale and building a successful startup, we want to talk to you!

Requirements:

  • – Possess innate instincts for process, organization, proactive decision-making and follow-through
    – Know the native workflows, processes and jargon of the real estate industry, as well as other nuanced aspects of the customer’s day-to-day responsibilities
    – A proven track record in a revenue-generating or lead generation role is a plus
    – Prior experience in commercial real estate (ownership or brokerage sides), financial products or SaaS sales, tend to make for a strong candidate
    – Experience: 5-10 years of sales experience in commercial and/or residential real estate.

Customer Success Manager

We’re looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our amazing team implementing SaaS products and building lasting relationships with Fortune 500 enterprises in the real estate and construction industry. The ideal candidate has a “get-shit-done” attitude with curiosity and interest in joining an early-stage startup that is ending the insurance nightmare for real estate owners, managers, builders and millions of trade contractors struggling with inflexible and expensive insurance products.

As an early member of the Customer Success team, your mission will be to work with our real estate and construction customers (some of the country’s largest). The challenge is immense and the responsibilities are vast: implement a strategy that integrates new technology into old insurance processes at scale, deliver rapid implementation, manage on-the-ground training modules, suggest product improvements, and act as front line in troubleshooting.

Office Manager

In your typical Jones day, you’ll be asked to assist with business operations such coordinating team events, organizing file systems, processing vendor payments, issuing payroll and scheduling meetings. You’ll also be asked to provide surprisingly helpful support for our sales and account management team, work alongside some of the best talent from the tech and insurance industries, and help our team work super efficiently.

Daily Tasks and Requirements

– Maintain office services by organizing office operations and procedures; preparing payroll; controlling correspondence; designing filing systems; reviewing and approving supply requisitions; assigning and monitoring clerical functions.
– Initiative and plan team events, outings, workcations, drinks, product launches and board meetings.
– Provide historical reference by defining procedures for retention, protection, retrieval, transfer, and disposal of records.
– Maintain office efficiency by planning and implementing office systems, layouts, and equipment procurement.
