Provides additional insured coverage for designated parties for liability arising out of your ongoing and completed operations. It also includes primary and noncontributory status. Coverage is extended to any person or organization required by written contract.

What Does This Coverage Include?

Modifies the Commercial General Liability (CGL) policy to address common contract risk transfer requirements—such as additional insured status, primary and noncontributory wording, and waiver of subrogation.
Adds Additional Insured status for qualifying upstream parties (for example, an owner, general contractor, or client) so they can access defense and indemnity under your CGL policy for covered claims tied to your work.
