Provides additional insured coverage under the umbrella/excess policy. It also includes primary and noncontributory status. Coverage is extended to any person or organization required by written contract.

What Is NOT Covered?
- The following coverages can be included if endorsed elsewhere
- Waiver of subrogation: This endorsement does not waive the insurer’s rights of recovery against required parties under the umbrella layer.
- Follow Form: This endorsement does not indicate follow form terms that track the underlying policy conditions when the umbrella responds.
