Provides additional insured coverage under the umbrella/excess policy. It also includes primary and noncontributory status and a waiver of subrogation. Coverage is extended to any person or organization required by written contract.
What Does This Coverage Include?

- Provides **Additional Insured** coverage under the umbrella/excess policy so required upstream parties have access to the excess layer for covered claims connected to your work.
- Includes a **Waiver of Subrogation**, limiting the insurer’s ability to seek recovery from specified parties after paying a covered loss under the umbrella layer.
- Includes **Primary and Noncontributory** wording, which can help clarify how the umbrella responds relative to other insurance and support contractual requirements for the excess layer.
