Companies using the Jones Procore Integration can now view subcontractor insurance details directly within Sage 300 CRE
This integration ensures that subcontractor insurance data flows between Procore, Jones, and Sage 300 CRE, allowing for synchronized updates across systems and up-to-date compliance information in Sage 300.
Key Features:
Sync Process Details:
You can now open Jones records directly from Procore
Subcontractors can now access The Record Hub from Procore.
Subcontractors logging into the Jones App in Procore will now automatically see a link at the bottom of their screen to access The Record Hub.
This link will be the same on both project and global-level views. When subcontractors click on the link, they will be redirected to The Record Hub in a new window.
The Record Hub centralizes compliance for subcontractors managing COI requests across multiple projects. By using this tool, subcontractors can see any gaps in coverage, view signed agreements with clients, see client insurance requirements, and much more.

We are excited to announce the release of our latest feature: Commitment-triggered COI Requests.
This eliminates confusion over COI collection by notifying the user responsible for initiating COI requests whenever a new commitment is created without insurance documents on file for the project, making it nearly impossible to miss requesting COIs from vendors and subcontractors. Additionally, all subcontractors who have not had COIs requested from them will be listed in a new tab in The Jones Procore app.
👉 Commitment-triggered COI Requests are now available in The Jones Procore App for companies that have Procore Project Financials. You can learn more in our blog post here.
Companies using the Jones Procore Integration can now view subcontractor insurance details directly within Viewpoint Vista.
Here’s an example of this workflow:
STEP 1
Initiate a COI request to subcontractor within Procore
STEP 2
Jones requests, collects, and audits insurance docs for compliance
STEP 3
Compliance status of subcontractors updated in Procore
STEP 4
Change subcontractor’s commitment status in Procore to ‘approved’
STEP 5
Subcontractor insurance details populate into Viewpoint Vista

The Jones Procore app will now have a heightened level of security.
In the continuous effort to improve overall experience and security, Procore has deprecated Traditional Service Accounts in lieu of DMSA (Developer Managed Service Accounts). That being said, your account will be transitioned from a Traditional Service Account to a DMSA Account.
What does this mean for you? Your Jones app in Procore will now have a heightened level of security. Jones will be handling this transition behind the scenes and there’s nothing you’ll need to do on your end.
Please be advised that there will be a period of scheduled downtime over the Thanksgiving weekend while our team facilitates this transition (November 24th to 27th).

As shown in the image below, we’ve added a new column in the Jones Procore app called “Insurance Documents”. Simply hover your mouse over the icon in that column to view or upload insurance documents.
You can upload COIs, multiple endorsements, and other insurance documents here as PDF or JPEG files (up to 10 MB per subcontractor). If you click on “View Docs”, the most recently uploaded insurance documents will be shown.
