Data Sync Times:
- Data is instantly sent from Procore to Jones.
- Example: If you create a new Jones project within Procore, it will instantly be configured and accessible on Jones.
- Data is automatically sent from Jones to Procore every night.
- Example: Once a subcontractor’s insurance documents are reviewed for compliance by Jones, their compliance status, COI expiration dates, and other details will be viewable in Procore the next morning, after the nightly sync occurs (EST).
Additional Integrations:
DMSA Security:
- Jones leverages Procore’s Developer Managed Service Account (DMSA) capabilities to provide enhanced experience and security to our customers. You can learn more about Procore DMSA applications here.
